I have seen some progress, but I am not quite where I want to be yet. I am wondering if it is possible to achieve my body toning goals through exercise alone, or if I need to make specific dietary changes as well.

I am currently eating a relatively healthy diet, with a focus on whole foods and plenty of protein. However, I do have a bit of a sweet tooth and tend to indulge in some treats every now and then. I am wondering if cutting out these treats completely would make a significant difference in my progress.
