I have been working out consistently for a few months now, with the intention of toning my body and gaining some muscle definition. I have seen some progress, but I am not quite where I want to be yet. I am wondering if it is possible to achieve my body toning goals through exercise alone, or if I need to make specific dietary changes as well.
I am currently eating a relatively healthy diet, with a focus on whole foods and plenty of protein. However, I do have a bit of a sweet tooth and tend to indulge in some treats every now and then. I am wondering if cutting out these treats completely would make a significant difference in my progress.
I am also curious about whether there are any specific foods or nutrients that are particularly important for achieving my body toning goals. Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!

In my experience, exercise alone can definitely help with body toning, but it may not be enough to achieve your goals. I have been consistently working out for a few years now, and while I have seen some progress in terms of muscle definition, I have found that my diet plays a crucial role in my body composition.

I started closely monitoring my macronutrient intake (protein, carbs, and fats) and adjusted my diet accordingly.
