I've recently gotten really into exercising and it's become a big part of my daily routine. I typically go to the gym for an hour in the morning, followed by a jog in the afternoon, and some light yoga before bed. However, I'm starting to worry that I might be overdoing it. Is it possible to exercise too much? And if so, how can I tell if I'm overdoing it?
