Hey guys, I'm new to the whole weight loss thing and I've been doing a bit of research on different methods to lose weight. One method that stood out to me is intermittent fasting, where you have set periods of time where you don't consume any calories. I want to try it out, but I'm just wondering if it's safe to do so while trying to lose weight. I don't want to harm my body or cause any health issues. Has anyone tried intermittent fasting before and seen positive results without any negative effects? Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
