I've been on a weight loss journey for the past few months and I've lost quite a bit of weight. However, I've noticed that my body still looks flabby and doesn't feel as toned as I would like it to. I've been doing cardio and some light weight lifting, but it doesn't seem to be helping much.
I'm not sure if I need to change my workout routine or if there are specific exercises I should be doing to tone up. I'm also wondering if I need to adjust my diet in any way.
