Hi everyone,
I've been on a weight loss journey for the past few months and I've lost quite a bit of weight. However, I've noticed that my body still looks flabby and doesn't feel as toned as I would like it to. I've been doing cardio and some light weight lifting, but it doesn't seem to be helping much.
I'm not sure if I need to change my workout routine or if there are specific exercises I should be doing to tone up. I'm also wondering if I need to adjust my diet in any way.
Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Hi everyone,
As someone who has been in the same situation, I would like to suggest trying Pilates to tone up your body. Pilates involves a series of exercises that focus on the core muscles or “powerhouse” and emphasizes controlled movements.
Like yoga, Pilates is a low-impact exercise that helps improve flexibility, stability, and posture, which in turn results in a more toned physique. Pilates involves exercises that target the entire body, including the arms, legs, back, and abs, promoting an overall toned appearance.
In my experience, incorporating Pilates into my workout routine 2-3 times per week has helped me achieve a more defined and toned physique. The exercises are usually low impact and easy on the joints, making it ideal for people of all ages and fitness levels.
I also adjusted my diet to include more protein and fiber while avoiding processed foods and sugary beverages. Staying hydrated while doing Pilates is also vital since it involves a lot of core work that builds up a significant amount of body heat.
Overall, Pilates is a great choice for those looking to tone up and build lean muscles in a low-impact way. A combination of Pilates and a well-balanced diet can help you achieve your goals over time.
