I hope everyone is doing well. So, I have been on a weight loss journey for the past few months and everything has been going great so far. However, I have been struggling with my appetite lately. I feel like I am constantly hungry and craving unhealthy foods. As a result, I end up snacking a lot and exceeding my calorie limit for the day.
I was wondering if anyone could suggest some effective and safe ways to curb my appetite? I have heard about certain supplements and appetite suppressants, but I am not sure if they are safe to consume or not. I don't want to do any harm to my body while trying to lose weight.
