I am currently on a weight loss journey and I have been trying to incorporate healthy fats into my diet. However, I am a bit confused about which sources of healthy fats are best for weight loss. I would love to hear from those of you who have had success with weight loss while still including healthy fats in your diet.
Some background on me: I am a 28-year-old female, I am 5'6" and currently weigh 180 pounds. I have been trying to lose weight for a while now, but I always seem to hit a plateau. I have heard that incorporating healthy fats into my diet might help me break through this plateau and lose weight more consistently.
