I've been trying to eat healthier but I find that I often crave snacks that aren't good for me like chips, cookies, and candy. I know that giving in to these cravings is not good for my health, so I'm looking for some healthier alternatives to snack on. What are some healthy snacks that you can recommend to help me curb my cravings? I am open to all suggestions and would appreciate any advice you can offer!
