I've recently started to focus on my health and fitness, and one of the things I've been trying to do is eat more healthily. I've heard that carbohydrates can be really beneficial for fueling your workouts and aiding in weight loss, but I'm a bit confused about what the best sources of carbohydrates are.
Can anyone recommend some healthy sources of carbs that I could include in my diet? I'm trying to stay away from processed foods and sugar, so any suggestions that are whole foods-based would be great. Also, I'm vegetarian, so any vegetarian options would be especially appreciated.
