Hi everyone, I'm new to weight lifting and I'm wondering what the benefits are for weight loss? I've been struggling for quite some time now to lose weight and I've tried different diets and exercises, but nothing seems to work. I've heard that weight lifting can aid in weight loss, but I'm not sure how. Can someone please explain the benefits of weight lifting for weight loss? Will it help me lose weight faster or is it just another form of exercise? Also, is it safe for beginners like me to start Weight lifting right away or do I need to consult an expert first?
