I've been trying to get in shape and tone my body but I don't want to add any bulk. My main goal is to look lean and fit without adding too much muscle mass. I've been doing some cardio but I'm not sure which exercises are the best for achieving my goal.
For some personal context, I used to be very active in sports but since starting college, I've become more sedentary and noticed that I've lost much of my muscle tone. I'm trying to get back into shape, but I'm worried about adding any bulk as I'm more interested in looking lean and toned.
