I've recently started my fitness journey to lead a healthier lifestyle and lose some weight. However, I'm struggling to track my progress effectively. I've tried writing down my progress in a journal, but it's hard to see the bigger picture without comparing it to previous months. I've also tried using a fitness app, but I find it hard to remember to input all my meals and exercises.
So, I'm wondering what are the most efficient ways of tracking progress when it comes to health and fitness goals? Are there any methods that you've found to be especially helpful? I'd love to hear any tips or tricks you have!
