I have personally found that working out in the evening works better for me when trying to lose weight. I am not an early morning person, so exercising in the morning seems like a chore to me. I also find that my muscles are more limber in the evening, making it easier for me to complete a full workout routine.
What really helps me stick to my evening workout routine is that it creates some separation from the stress of the day. I work a full-time job and have a lot of responsibilities, so working out at the end of the day feels like a good way to let go of tension and burn some calories.
Of course, this is my personal preference, and everyone must find what works for them. It ultimately depends on your schedule, body type, and personal preferences. The key is to exercise regularly and make it a habit, whether you prefer working out in the morning or evening.
