I have been trying to reach my fitness goals for quite some time now. I have been working out regularly and have also been following a strict diet. However, I am not seeing the results I hoped for. I am feeling demotivated and overwhelmed with the whole process.
I am here to ask for some tips and suggestions that could help me overcome my struggles and get back on track. What are some things I could do to make progress towards my fitness goals? Has anyone else been in a similar situation, and if so, how did you deal with it?
