Hi everyone,
I'm relatively new to working out and I'm looking for some advice on how to get the most out of my workout sessions. I've been going to the gym for a few weeks now, but I feel like I'm not seeing the results I want. I'm not sure if I'm doing the right exercises or if I'm pushing myself hard enough.
What types of exercises or activities should I be doing in order to get the most out of my workout sessions? Should I focus more on cardio or strength training? How many reps and sets should I be doing? Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance!

Hi there,
I have found that incorporating high-intensity interval training (HIIT) has been extremely beneficial for my overall fitness levels. HIIT involves short bursts of intense exercise, followed by periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise.
Not only has HIIT helped me increase my endurance and burn more calories, but it also doesn't require much time. I'm able to squeeze in a quick 20-minute HIIT session, even on my busiest days.
In addition to HIIT, I also enjoy activities like cycling and kickboxing, which provide a mix of cardio and strength training. And when it comes to strength training, I focus on exercises that work multiple muscle groups, like lunges, push-ups, and planks.
Listen to your body and adjust your workout routine as needed. Don't be afraid to try new things and challenge yourself. Most importantly, have fun and enjoy the process - fitness isn't just about the end result, it's about feeling good and enjoying the journey!
