Hey guys, I have been struggling with achieving my goals lately and I am looking for some advice. I have noticed that whenever I set long-term goals, I tend to lose focus and motivation after a while. I am thinking of trying out setting smaller goals on a weekly basis instead. Do you think this approach would be more helpful in achieving my goals? Has anyone tried it before? Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have found that setting smaller goals on a weekly basis works better for me. When I set long-term goals, I tend to get overwhelmed and discouraged by the amount of work required to achieve them. By setting smaller weekly goals, I can focus on what needs to be done in the present week and feel a sense of accomplishment as I complete each task. Breaking down larger goals into smaller ones also makes it easier to track progress and identify areas that need more attention. However, I do see the value in setting long-term goals for the future and may incorporate them into my goal-setting process with the help of a timeline to create balance.
